The New Me

The more I learn about the nature of human experiences and how they affect our feelings, emotions, cognitions and perceptions the more I realize that my worldview is changing. Not long ago I often thought that happiness could be reached primarily through externally defined goal achievements. While working on a goal and attaining it can indeed bring emotional satisfaction, often such satisfaction is a short-lasting internal state. Now, I am realizing that constant work on self-awareness and self-reflection opens up a better understanding of the self and the world at large which in turn brings deeper meaning and greater satisfaction in life. At least this has been my experience so far. To sum up, my worldview is the one of constant work on self-awareness and personal growth.

Professional & Personal Growth

I've noticed that my critical thinking has improved. I've gotten excited by learning new ideas and realized that continuing education is important. My learning became a dynamic process.

My language and writing have improved. My awareness of social and cultural conditioning became acute. I can see that people are talking from the place of social, cultural and family conditioning. People are dynamic and they can change. Behaviour can change.

I recognize now that everybody is a human-being with different talents and skills. What we all have in common is humanity.

With continuing education my life became more exciting!
